Program Director, RN Case Manager
Gwen is a transplant to North Dakota from the “Sunshine State”. She met the farmer of her dreams and decided the weather was just right in ND, especially ice fishing weather.
The University of Mary granted Gwen the opportunity to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in April 2019.
In her spare time, Gwen loves to travel with her family and in the summer most of her time is spent in the garden.
In her role as the RN Case Manager, Gwen provides diabetes education, assists with Diabets Program community events, is skilled with guiding patients with the Feestyle Libre CGM sytem, and assists patients with figuring out what resources and services are available to them. Gwen attends diabetes, nephrology and podiatry clinics throughout the year.
