Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz) can Black Beans, drained & rinsed
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Drain & thoroughly rinse black beans
- To a blender, add the black beans, eggs, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sugar. Blend until mixture is smooth.
- Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- Pour batter into baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips into batter,
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
