Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can Black Beans, drained & rinsed
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

 

Directions:

  1. Drain & thoroughly rinse black beans
  2. To a blender, add the black beans, eggs, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sugar. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  3. Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
  4. Pour batter into baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips into batter,
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
